My Story

From a small idea to a
global consultancy.

I founded Exam Officers & Data Solutions Ltd after many years working in senior roles within education, training and consultancy. What began as a small idea to support centres with exams, access arrangements and data quickly grew into a respected global training and consultancy company.

We are trusted for our professionalism, high-impact delivery with a calm and clear approach.

Over the last 15 plus years, I have supported thousands of professionals through training, mentoring, strategy development and operational guidance. My work has taken me across the UK and internationally, giving me a unique understanding of how people learn, lead and grow in fast-moving environments.
