Julie is a Transformational and Energy Alignment Life Coach, with a passion for supporting those ready for change - to find clarity, trust their inner wisdom, and take confident steps toward a truly aligned life.
She works through coaching and energy work (Reiki, EFT & Chakra Balancing), and also runs mindful creativity sessions, day retreats and vision board workshops. Nature loving and family focused, with a love of all things spiritual.
