04Bookings and Payments

Bookings for sessions and workshops are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. By making a booking, you confirm that:

• The information you have provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to make the booking on behalf of any organisation you represent
• You agree to these Terms of Use in full

Discovery Calls

Free discovery calls are offered as an initial consultation to explore how we can work together. They do not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of ongoing engagement.

Pricing

Our pricing is as stated on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust prices with reasonable notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

05Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching and Mentoring Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible. Our standard policy is:

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice — full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice — session may be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply

Workshops and Events

Our workshop cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before the event — 50% refund
• 15–30 days before the event — 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before the event — no refund

Customers who have paid in full but fail to attend on the day — including due to adverse weather, transport issues or personal reasons — will receive a goody bag. A credit note or refund will not be issued in these circumstances.

06Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, course materials and workshop resources — is the intellectual property of Paula Wood or used with permission. This content is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with appropriate attribution.

Any materials provided during coaching, mentoring or workshop sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold or published without permission.

We treat all information shared during coaching, mentoring and workshop sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

We may use anonymised case studies or testimonials for marketing purposes only with your express permission. If you provide a testimonial, you give us permission to use it on our website and in our marketing materials.

Photographs may be taken at events for promotional purposes. Please advise us at the time of booking if you do not wish to be photographed.
